AHFAP Members Print Exhibition Submission Guidelines

We are looking to showcase the variety of photography and digital practice of our members by staging an exhibition at the 2017 Conference. We ask that all submissions should take the form of either a single image or a series of up to five images on a single theme. From these images approximately 40 will be selected to appear at the conference.

The stages of the exhibition process will be as follows:
Please submit your images via email to conference@ahfap.org.uk before 7 August 2017. The file size should not exceed 500k. Please include a title, a short description of the image’s origin and any technical process information you feel is relevant.

After the exhibition selection has been made the members or institutions will be asked to provide a version of the submitted images with a minimum uncompressed file size of 60mb. These will be then be printed for display at the conference, the cost and management of which will be covered by the conference.

Please note: only AHFAP Members can submit images.
